For all who want urban elegance and the sound of the sea in one space.
The living area is divided into two zones: a seating area with sofa bed for two, coffee table, soft armchairs and LED TV, plus a round dining table with four chairs between the large windows. From here, French doors open onto the balcony.
The kitchenette with white stone worktop is separated from the living area by a peninsula and is fully equipped — from dishwasher to espresso maker. The bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe with safe, and its own access to the balcony.

Two zones, one window to the sea
The living area is the heart of each apartment: a seating corner with a sofa bed for two, coffee table and soft armchairs on one side, a dining table with chairs in front of the large windows on the other.
From here, the French doors open onto the balcony. In the morning, sunlight falls on the table; in the evening, only the sound of the sea remains.
