B321 follows the proven layout: living area with dining and seating corner, bright kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom and a balcony with seating. The higher floor makes the space lighter, and the side sea view reaches further.
The facilities meet the house standard: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, safe in the wardrobe and an underground parking space. High chair and cot available for families on request.

Two zones, one window to the sea
The living area is the heart of each apartment: a seating corner with a sofa bed for two, coffee table and soft armchairs on one side, a dining table with chairs in front of the large windows on the other.
From here, the French doors open onto the balcony. In the morning, sunlight falls on the table; in the evening, only the sound of the sea remains.
